S. holdings, and individuals may well own more HI, that U.S. citizens do.  They are a cash rich country, and once the market figures that out, the ship will be righted.]]>

      <title>PetroChina (PTR) will buy stakes in two Western Australia exploration assets from ConocoPhillips (COP) for an undisclosed amount, and the two companies plan to jointly study shale gas development in China. They have failed to find new &quot; suckers&quot; for the &quot; other sucker&quot; theory, and the prices will drop to where they can be sustained @ $ 18.00 Ag and $ 700 Au, but it will take a while, after all if things went staight up or down, it wouldn't be hard to make money as a specualtor, would it?]]>
