js_mcknz has it right on the nose. How about the trillion debt the current idiots have added on our country. Some people have a short memory- Clinton left office with a surplus- and Rothbort is suggesting that McCain would "Help" the market? How myopic can we as a nation be?

The Fed Uncertainty Principle

I have always been curious- Why do we only hear from the chair person of the Fed. First it was Greenspan- now we have Bernanke. Are the rest of the group zombies and not capable of original thought. I would like to hear that someone else is trying to deal with our problems besides the chairman. Hell , he even THINKS we are drifting TOWARDS recession! the show must go on!

Now's Not the Time to Give Up on Stocks

Some investors forget that our goverment is BROKE! Thanks to our myopic President and his totally absurd policies the US is printing money like the counterfit machine it is, just to keep afloat. We have no energy policy and we can not even get a savings rate which reaches our inflation rate. Our CEO are doing very well while the working person keeps falling behind. That is ok since Warren Buffett pays a smaller percent of tax than his receptionist! Bush has made sure the tax breaks stay with the rich.
