    I came to the same conclusion: after all they are still paying a dividend and I am still buying shares via divy reinvestment. Hopefully in 4-5 years KIM will be back on track.

    I hope this not just rationalization on my part!

    With lower prices, I believe that you are buying more shares at a lower price. Is this not a good thing? Also you are getting a higher dividend income than you would be with higher price purchases.

    So all is not bad!

    On 12/16/14 the annual portfolio income was $775.26.
    On 1/1/15 you said it was $784.64.
    What is the current indicated annual portfolio income.
