  • Sphere 3D: Investors Falling For The Same Old Tricks, Fair Value Is Zero [View article]
Thanks, what caught me off gaurd was how fast an article appeared on the day os th eNASDAQ up-listing, so I figured they had this article in the can and when they saw the price running away they need to do damage and fast. The easiest thing was to release the article then have all the cronies add comment saying they are shorting too and how this is a scam.... So what happens it turns out that they and a few weak hands were the only ones that dumped and now everyone knows the article was a total joke.

Talk about adding fuel to the fire I think they will be covering at $10 at this rate.

Left two questions for the author who seems to all but ran away:

    1) When did you first go short?

    2) What happens to short shares when Sphere moves to Nasdaq, are they carried to Nasdaq or does the short seller have to cover etc..?

Thats a lot of cash to use to support a price until up-listing, as I said if this is a scam then people and companies put a lot of money at risk and possibly jail time that I find hard to believe.

It is hard to see them scam Pinetree and Frost and Sullivan but my question from the author was never answered when did you first go short. The reason I would like to know is timing and there is no such thing as a coincidence, up-listing news then article.

Why would mngt buy more than 1 million dollars in stock on the open market within the last 2 weeks if this is a scam. I always thought insiders buy when things are looking good and the recent deal with Dell, Redhat etc seems to point in that direction.

If you could when did you first short Sphere?

  • General Motors - The Story Just Keeps Getting Worse [View article]
Go to GM showrooms and then go to a Ford, Honda or Toyota and that is the story.

#'s way up because buyers are avoiding GM and going elsewhere, GM has a very large rp nightmare that may take a year or two to overcome, pictures of dead children mostly young girls doesn't play to well with American's that could have been their child in the car I think they are done finally.

There cars may have change dbut it is still the same mngt which means if there is another problem it will be buried deep in GM and surface maybe in 10 more years.

GM put May in charge as a soft face knowing full well this would come back and bite them. The made a mistake by chosing the head of quality she would have know about this problem.

when we see criminals charges filed then maybe corporate America will wake up and say we better be good citizens.

By the way I drive past two GM dealerships one a Chevy in Arlington Ma and th eother a Caddy in Woburn, empty showrooms, th eHind aand Toyotas and Fords are full as a matter of fact the Ford salesperson said at least 20% of the people that visit their showroom are there because they will not buy a GM. Those are real truths that nothing can help.

  • Should General Motors Investors Recall Their Stock? [View article]
I strongly believe that management understood the problem and realized that if they mentioned it prior to filing bk they would not have the cash to meet the obligations and no way could they enter bk with deaths of children sitting over their heads. So they hid the truth and filed hoping that bk would protect them.

This is a classic its all about the $$$. Now we realize they knew all along so they hire a woman to put a soft face on the co, all bs and show.

Anyone that ever buys a GM product needs to remember that it could have been your son or daughter that died driving one of those cars.

I will never nor will anyone in my family ever buy a GM product they are reaping what they sowed.

LEt them go bk and we can all buy Fords.

I really hope the gov pursues criminal charges against mngt.

I am a very conservative quiet person and usually do not get riled but for some reason I am really angry at GM and would march in front of dealerships.

If you sample people you will find many are like me over this.

Seeing the families hold the pictures of their dead children at the hearings was a tear jerker.

Same mngt and the fact that they never should have been allowed to file bk is a big problem.

Paul I think that GM is in real trouble. They are facing a pr nightmare that will lead to large drops in market share.

No parent in America should ever buy a GM car for themselves or their child.

Maybe we need to send a real message to corporate America and vote with our feet and go to competitor's businesses and put GM out of business again and this time for good.
