    Clayton,
If you read their investor page on the website it says in addition to a standard Compushare type dividend reinvestment program, you can get your broker held shares to reinvest the dividend in the program which purchases additional shares at a 3% discount. In my first try with Schwab, I couldn't get it set up, but will try again.

I own AT in my Schwab IRA. I called and after the rep put me on hold and went to the dividend department came back and told me there wasn't a way to reinvest with the stock purchase and discount. It clearly states on the AT web site that US holders can do this. Didn't have time to pursue it further. May make another run at it later.

On the same call I was able to set up ERF to reinvest in the stock purchase. Again, the rep had to put me on hold and go figure it out. ERF actually does a 5% discount on the stock purchase with reinvested dividends.

I get that they loose $62M in annual recurring cash flow, and that new projects may currently only replace 50% of that. But then there is the $100M they get from the sale, which replaces ~1.5 years of the asset cash flow. So maybe the question is, can they replace and grow the ~$30M annual difference in next 18 months?
