    I don't think people take into account the increased revenue through iTunes.

    Can you imagine 10 million Americans with iPhones:

    ringtones = currently a billion dollar business
    music sales = currently a billion dollar business
    movie rentals = currently a billion dollar business

    and all on your iPhone through iTunes?
