Looking at the list of large holdings, we can say the VNM have been focused on financials, energy, real estate stocks. These kinds of business have real problems recently. So, no suspect when we can see VNM down more than VNIndex's down. Vietnam is strong at agriculture/material products such as rice, cafe, rubber, fishery, ... It is strange when these business are not in VNM list or it is just a very small portion in VNM's investment.
