Well, breaking news today on GS and C on losses leads me to believe XLF takes a battering again next week. However, my timing is notably poor so likely a rally. Who knows. I didn't believe when Ritholtz wrote about a Dow 14,000 melt up. One gut feel is that we go lower before we go higher, and that if the underlying rot is worse as we peel back the layers, then see you in 2010 when we recover. Maybe. Just buckle the seat belt. I think that is the best advice.
