Best Buy, at least, in Indiana has done little to differentiate itself from retail outlets like Wal-Mart, Office Depot and others. The technical level of their floor personal is weak. Generally, you have to hang outside of the Geek Squad area to get real information.

Love the store and pricing, just find their lack of quality associates frustrating.
