OK, thank you for the reply, I'll update my story...you should seriously check into that guy's credentials, that one article screwed a lot of people out of the stock right before the takeover

David, why you deleting the biographies of writers who are hedge fund analysts then claiming they are new writers? Your readers/DDR shareholders DEMAND to know who this analyst is, what his firm is, how many shares of DDRX they shorted, how many shares of DDRX they covered based on their article that dropped the stock 25%+ right before a takeover

Why did Seeking Alpha delete this author's bio and claim he's a new writer even though he's been writing for 2 years and Google Cache still has his old bio up? Interesting he's an analyst at a hedge fund, I wonder how many shares that hedge fund was short? did they cover based on this article? Shadddddy

Nice job shortie, DDRX just got bought out at 25% premium after YOUR article caused the 25% drop, hope u covered and/or u have a good lawyer...silly little wannabe analyst
This guy MUST be a paid promoter or total sucker to say he likes GVBP, which has been proven to be a blatant fraud, as they were a travel agency last month, now they want to cure cancer with $35,000 in the bank, they use recycled press releases from "NextGen Bio (NXGB), Genova's disclaimer on their own website mistakenly lists "Nextgen Bio" as the company name, not to mention spending millions hiring stock promoters! Careful SA, disclosure is good for people who own stock, but how much has VFC been paid to say this company is real?

ZZZZZ, learn that it doesn't matter what anybody's research says or doesnt say, its a guessing game...smart people would have seen Adam F.'s 8am aticle as a negative catalyst and either sold or shorted. most didnt because they're too emotionally involved to ever listen to reason. thats why most people lose $ in penny stocks. grow up children and learn how to play the game

boo hoo, boo hoo, god i hate these whiners, why not just work harder, come up with a business model that beats others, then u wont have to whine anymore!

Geez, we need to get away from these "market leaders"...analyzed to death, priced to efficiency, no egde in buying or shorting, just good for media outlets like SA and CNBC, save our children from this!
This is the single worst article I've ever read. Impressive, really. Thank you for exemplifying the kind of ignorance thats EVERYWHERE down here in the gutter of the stock market. Next time do some research, maybe go to my site (after all, it's this one kind of chart pattern that has made me a millionaire) before you waste people's time
