  • Have Quepasa Bears Run Out of Ammunition? [View article]
As someone who NAILEd the top shorting QPSA at $14.60 and called the bottom, putting a buy alert at $6.25, I look forward to your next article Gomes, please make it as naively bullish as this one, let's squeeze the shorts and get some volatility!

Haha gotta love Seeking Alpha writers, one overestimates the business because he's long, now a short wants to underestimate...all guesswork, no SEC regulation, gotta love it (not)...disgusting

John, why not note that your multiple articles have driven up the price of ATRN by a factor of 3 which is WHY the short sellers came in...and they were right given the 50% drop caused by the inevitable dump after your pump...did you or anyone you know sell their shares into your pumping? Careful there, the SEc is watching...or they should be

OK but the company response is just legal boilerplate...do some digging and read my post and see they had 13 million users back in 2008...and look at the negative App Data info, trust me, I'm not short and I'm actually a potential buyer, I just hate being jerked around by a press-happy wannabe company, they better announce a profitable or fast growing quarter or else a lot of what they say will be bait for me and anyone capable of due diligence trashing them for their hyped up press releases

Alright Jon then do you want actually respond to the facts pointed out in my article namely that the 30-40 million users is bogus given that they claimed 13 million three years ago and that the stock is up 1,000% not because of any major growth but because of multiple media hits all timed within a few days...just before a financing....hmmmmm

Congrats on this over-simplistic article, very Seeking Alpha of you :) Please do respond to my more comprehensive analysis:

    www.timothysykes.com/2.../

Especially given that STVI claimed to have 13 of its 30 million users over 3 years ago, most of whom are probly not active or dating anymore.

And I've already covered my short for solid gains so I'm actually looking to buy on this solid 50% retracement from my short, I just despise half truths like your article, sorry!

  • Have Quepasa Bears Run Out of Ammunition? [View article]
Everyone can say they're gonna monetize their users, I say prove it before I believe the word of any penny stock CEO...especially with so much related party dealing...even their Brazilian acquisition was handled by the Brazilian startup's brother as disclosed in an SEC filing...I've learned when something smells fishy, it usually is. For now this is a company with a measly few hundred grand in revenues who has spammy content...I am disgusted the way they presented themselves as if revenues have grown at all when in fact nearly all their DSM revenue came from their 40% shareholder...outside of him, revenues have not grown at all year over year which is sad and fishy.

I hope they say something positive at these conferences

You should research and discuss the disappearance of QPSA's main promoter Ian Cassel...once he went offline on February 28th, ALL of his picks began tanking...he did 100+ posts on QPSA, difficult to say he didnt influence the price, now his disappearance online makes this even more questionable, let aloen the fact that QPSA's independent revenues are less than $1 million/year LOL which is just pathetic...I'm not short, I only shorted at $14.60 and covered for decent gains, I'm actually long biased here, but I just have distaste for longs trying to pretend that everything's okay
