Respect James, Respect. I think the only logical question for both shorts and longs here is, who does your hair--it's fast becoming more symbolic of Wall Street than that clunky metal bull :)

Hahah my hedge fund closed 3 years ago, i've been #1 on covestr out of 45,000+ trader ever since, do some research...i'm not bashing QPSA, i'm warning people against Ian Cassel. The guy is an ex-promoter who wont admit the conflict of interest he has always had, nor will he detail how much conflict $ he made....I also caught him lying on his site a few months back

China Investor: wrong, I contribute PLENTY to society, before me even Investopedia thought short selling penny stocks was illegal. I am the one who exposes these blatant promoters, I am the one who has exposed a dozen stocks later investigated/halted by the SEC, namely SpongeTech (when everyone said I was wrong). Then you have a compensated and conflicted promoter who has already been caught lying, never under-appreciate my work again or you'll be stuck with these lying promoters who cant even post their trades on transparent sites like profit.ly meant to weed out these scumbags.

And I have to add how humorous it is that you mock my subscriptions/DVDs...my interests are aligned with my readers, if I teach them enough and make them money, they keep coming back for more...as a promoter, you know the way you made money was a BLATANT conflict of interest with your readers as they didnt pay you, only these terrible companies did. The fact that you try to dress yourself up as someone legitimate is disgusting. Ian, remember I caught you lying about your performance once and you never even apologized...you are a true snake and I promise you I will catch you again

I'm delusional? I'm not the one who was a "consultant", I've made my millions the hard way--through trading and that makes me qualified to talk stocks, not a consultant/advisor/pro...

I dont attack people, I attack stock promoter, the lowest form of bacteria on this planet. I will promote my service all day long because I'm a REAL trader...go look up my gains on profit.ly and it's funny, you say you have these gains but you don't post them anywhere. Kinda like a guy named Bernie who had a lot more credibility than you.

You say you need to prove anything but yes you do Ian, I'm sure the SEC is watching you and your friends closely while they're thinking about making me president in a few years, just so I can bust unethical people like you.

Again, I repeat, post all your conflict of interest fees and I'll back off; don't and I'll assume you're the same promoter as always, probly just getting fees in a family members name or something shady.

Paid to advise, paid to promote, whats the difference, u were paid by them to get them exposure...that means anything you say is a total conflict of interest zzzzzz

I'm talking about how much TOTAL did you get paid as a promoter/advisor, I'd love to see a spreadsheet of that---you should confess your sins and beg for mercy

Microcap Speculator, you're seriously asking a former stock promoter to clear up purposely placed misinformation? LOL I busted Ian a while back about lying in one of his own performance spreadhseets, glad to see he's still at it...stock promoters don't change

347242--if you were a grown up, you'd know ZAG spiked when promoters were hired and tons of PRs were issued...the stock crashed when the promoters were fired. You might think its about fundamentals, but Ian uses fundamentals as a smokescreen for what promoters really do and thats why I'm so negative on QPSA...methinks he's up to his old promoter tricks again :)

User347342, Ian Cassel is a former paid stock promoter...these are the types of characters that the SEC goes after and this is why I am so hard, you cannot trust a word they say. As for me, I have made millions piggybacking their lies and much more short selling when their lies and carefully worded misinformation eventually falls on deaf ears.

ZAGG hired stock promoters--that was their good management decision and then the stock promoters helped them issue tons of hyped up press releases...new products mean little, you're just a victim of promoting and you don't even know it. I will expose every last stock promoter and their work and I've done a good job so far, exposing over a dozen stocks eventually halted and investigated by the SEC.

Ian knows that and thats why he got out of the biz and like a cop chasing an ex-con, I find it difficult to believe he's gone straight...especially when he doesn't take responsibility for his past actions nor does he detail his gains from being a paid stock promoter. He looks down on my subscription products yet likely made FAR more getting compensated by companies and shareholders and issuing morally bankrupt and self-described conflict of interest research.

Live in your fair tale world, I will show you the real world of penny stocks and it aint pretty. You're welcome.

Ian, you're a friggin ex-stock promoter, for a very long time you didnt make $ trading and investing...I dont believe that you've EVER made $ as a stock promoter's word is worthless as too many of your friends have proven...I caught you red-handed lying on your own website, now you're making up lies about me! You can claim to take the high road, but your rep is that of a drug dealer and the crack you've sold to the kids is dozens of terrible stocks. You don't even seem remorseful about it rationalizing "not my fault people took profits". I promise you, until you make reparations to those you lied to time and again, I will be on your lying butt 100% of the time. I see a few of your other "picks" have some serious holes your "research" somehow didnt pick up on...sorry buddy, but short sellers eat liars like you for breakfast, lunch and dinner, thats why we get fat :)

I dont invest real money? Interesting research Ian, did you miss the part where I posted my 2010 performance detailing how I've made $200,000 REAL dollars in my accounts this year:

    www.timothysykes.com/2.../

(it's only linked on every recent post I do just so I cant counter lies from promoters such as yourself...remember the 1st time I caught you lying about one of your promoted stocks

    www.timothysykes.com/2.../

Don't you dare insult me, you are SEC bait and my guess is you gave up promotion because they were closing in on you and your friends, but who knows and who cares.

Yes, it is you and your friend's fault on ZAGG and TIXC, they were artificially inflated, its not about taking profits, its about you promoters creating demand and the stocks crashing after you move on or get fired (why did ZAGG fire you?)

Careful promoter, you're exposing your inability to do proper research and your checkered past.

When you want to verify your gains, please do so at profit.ly just as I and other traders and investors have done. Until then I won't believe a single one of your lies, especially your flawed research...for all I know you lost a ton on ZAGG and you'll go down with the ship on this one too.

Haha james, go look at the multitude of my work on my own blog, 3500+ blog posts and see all my trades on profit.ly I am also still #1 out of 45,000+ traders on Covestor, funny that SA doesnt encourage their posters and users to verify their actual trades/performance?

Pumps, whether by paid promotion as Ian used to do, or by ex-promoters who still know how to hype and mislead, can often last a while and there's definitely $ to be made buying them, but the problems come in when the promoters/ex-promoters cant stop hyping/misleading based on rosy projections that 99.9% of smallcaps fail to live up to....and thats when those who arent suspicious enough lose big...see Ian's beautifully meticulous promotion of ZAGG and their inevitable fall from grace or more subtle promotions on stocks like TIXC and PRXI (Ian, those were your friends, right, the whole Skip crew)

One word of advice from a short seller who knows promoter's tactics too well: ride the pump but dont ever believe the hype or you'll be left holding the bad of poop when reality intervenes.

You're welcome for bringing honesty and historical stats into this game

    Tim

Ian, as a former penny stock promoter why should we believe a word you say? Also why is QPSA's daily page views 1/25th of MySpace while having 1/5th of the members...supposedly :)
