  • Herbalife: Who's Consuming All Those Shakes? And Why... [View article]
This article seems to say exactly what I want to believe. But the type of person that does HLF products is certainly not represented on this alpha site, so I have to depend on someone to do some investigative work. I despise the type of predators that run MLM programs since they do tend to prey on the unemployed desperate individuals of society. However, there are some that benefit from this employment opportunity... as I have seen only one in my lifetime. I am highly suspicious that these companies can operate as publicly traded corporations with so many ethical issues still in question.

  • Buy Jive Software At Historic Low Prices [View article]
Thanks for the article. But the trading patterns in this stock leave a lot to be desired. The pump and dump trading behavior of this stock is not very satisfying for an investor.

Great article. Do any of your followers understand what it means when a companies outstanding (NASDAQ:TUES) stock is recorded as "109.69%" held by institutions and at the same time short interest is 25.09%? Thanks for the research.

  • Danger: Titan Machinery Bond Hits All-Time Low [View article]
Thanks for the article confirming my investment bankers recommendation to either short or buy puts - sell calls on the stock 60 days ago. I expected to wait up to 6 months for the stock to break 12 but it appears that this company's stock will break down sooner.

  • Be Careful Buying Into The Tuesday Morning Story [View article]
I am getting crushed on my 17.5 and 15 puts. With the executive turnover and some of the divestiture of positions by the Dallas private equity group, is there trouble brewing?

  • Fred's Inc.: Investor's Optimism About Industry Has Led To A Valuation Disconnect [View article]
Good piece on FRED. Clearly something is up. Investment bankers are hired. The stock price is down 30% over the past several months. Is a LBO by management brewing? If so the recent price decline is suspicious and a premium LBO offer is going to be suspicious. What would be a fair price for shareholders?

  • 4 Months From Profitability With A 25% Upside [View article]
Management is driving this company's positive long term prospects and its stock price higher. The end game? I do not think betting against seasoned management with the proper incentives in place is a good idea in the short term. Thanks for the short concise information on this company.

Very nice call. Closed my positions in TWTR and FB way too soon but enjoyed the ride. What is a reasonable valuation for TWTR or FB in your opinion in this type of positive market environment.

  • Week Ahead: Ignore This Warning At Your Own Peril [View article]
The volatility in America's large stock markets is ridiculous. Regulators need to further restrict margin not just on stocks but on commodities and stop HFT on all of our markets. Close our markets to outside manipulators.

  • Apple's iPhone 6 Will Be A Monster [View article]
I agree with the tone of the reply and expect a more balanced and professional format at seeking alpha. I have to report abuse on this persons post. This is the sort of post I expect to see on other websites.

  • Apple's iPhone 6 Will Be A Monster [View article]
Finally someone said it. Increasing graphics performance is pointless on such a small screen. Maybe the children enjoy playing games on the Iphone but most of us adults are busy on travel websites, trading websites, reading documents and emails while working, traveling and vacationing. I never thought much about the convenience of a larger screen until I used one.

  • Tesla: Don't Overpay For The Stock. Buy What's Under The Hood Instead [View article]
Nice article and very helpful in understanding all of the other companies that could benefit from the success of electric powered automobiles. I bought the Tesla 2 years ago and just recently sold it. Great second or third car to own but the limited range is inconvenient and a real concern limiting the mass sale of this technology. The other limiting factor is the NADA strangle on the sales distribution of this exciting company's product. In my opinion the final wall against the mainstream success of this technology in my lifetime is that it is too disruptive. My electric car required no mechanical needs at all. The internal combustion engine inefficiencies enable thousands jobs to exist creating billions in commerce, revenues and tax revenues. There exists way too much in the way of "protected" interests to block wholesale success of this technology at the state and federal levels. I recently sold half my TSLA shares which I purchased shortly after buying this wonderful car and which paid for the car in itself. I hate being so negative but the reality is hard to dismiss...thanks again for the article.

  • Apple Receives Holiday-Quarter Boost But Guidance Suffers On Inventory Changes And Software Revenue Deferrals [View article]
I believe the company is doing fine from an earnings point of view. Product development and testing takes time before introduction to the market. My disappointment is and was the communication from Tim Cook. He does not inspire any confidence and apparently some in the market decided to sell the stock. The drop in value was not rational but then again I think it reflects directly on Mr. Cook's presentation.

Thanks for the article. Has anyone suggested a buyout price that TMUS shares would command? I have not read much regarding this.
