ahh, well as long as the "legal proceedings" section of the annual report promises "fair" treatment for the shareholders...betting on the trust's ability to petition the court seems like a bit of a misguided strategy.
What would be the basis for "fair" treatment allowing for the sale of lands? The fact that misguided investors ignored all the warnings that the trust dissolves in 2015 and ended up paying way to much for the shares in order to chase dividends is unlikely to qualify for much.

I like that they sold to their partner, who now has their own capital at stake & not just options, but selling at funding cost seems like a bit of an unfairly low price. It kind of implies that little or no progress has been made since initiation of the insurance operations.
Also the immediate vesting of 200k options in YAK at $1.90 seems a bit low considering the stock has traded over 4/share for the last year. So they can now immediately sell the 200k shares to fund their initial purchase of mandal, which makes it seem less like they are putting real capital at risk...to me that is the key question - how much of the cash purchase price is coming out of the buyer's checking account and what % is being funded via option exercises.

how is this a play on coal strength? They lease lands to companies that are mining iron ore...
also the problem with this name is that it suffers from time decay in that 2 years from now there will only be 2 years worth of distribution payments remaining, so it will be worth even less.
