Jing, While visiting Beijing recently I witnessed two things that made me think the capital city is experiencing a real estate bubble --- (1) endless numbers of vacant buildings, and (2) discussions with friends about the unbelieveably high costs of buying homes/apartments. Can you discuss the Xian real estate market? Is it any different from the larger cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou? Are you concerned about a ripple effect if the market falls apart in BJ, SH, and GZ? -David
