Pan American Silver vs. the Silver ETF: Which Is the Better Investment? [View article]
TGB will be opening the largest copper mine in Canada if approved by the Canadian Natural Resources dept. Also will be mining for Gold and Silver.Already earns a profit and I would consider Canada to be a fairly safe country. They are awaiting final approval some time in the next month.I think it is one of the best plays out there as copper as outperformed gold and silver percentagewise over the past year.
These whores are leaches on the average American and the sooner everyone realizes it the better. We should go back to an all cash economy and watch these parasites try to earn a living the honest way.It is obvious that the US government (Congress)rewards those who reward them. The whole system is corrupt and the only solution is to go back to an all cash economy.
Are Financial Stocks Preparing for 'The Fall'? [View article]
Gotta love the bankers.Take billions of tax dollars and start buying up their own stocks in concerto.Who else has this kind of money?Get a couple big names to buy up the shares and another 20% pop.Meanwhile the unemployment rate continues to accelerate while the talking heads tout the recovery. The only recovery is in the bankers and insurance industries Golden Parachutes and bonuses. And people had the nerve to call Reagonomics voodoo economics!
Not to mention the fact that the news was probably leaked ahead of time as the shares sold off 15% before the announcement was ever made(after reporting a pretty good earnings). If the SEC was doing their job they would find out who's been leaking news ahead of the game.So once again the small investor gets the shaft. It's an unfair game for those of us who work hard for our money and try to get ahead by investing in seemingly good companies, but after the underwriters get their hooks into good companies they (Citibank and UBS)do only whats profitable for them, because they get paid by issuing more shares. Thus if everyone sells their long positions now and shorts the stock they'll never see the $8.00 issue price.
Goldman's Macro-Bulls Out in Full Force [View article]
People are afraid to miss the rally.Once the hog is fat the powers that be will bring the market to the slaughter house with some kind of manufactured chaos.
Another case of a silver spooned Ivy Leaguer running another American Icon into the ground. When will the shareholders actually start to take control of these companies and kick the management out on there asses. It's the complacency and docile American public letting these cronies ruin a once great nation.
I think the point Peter is trying to illuminate here is that the very people and policies that created this whole mess are the very same that have been put in charge. It's like letting a convicted bank robber become CFO of the bank. All of the governments fixes are like patching the cracks in the dam while the entire foundation is quickly eroding. The Fox is tending the hen house. Thus time will tell who is right but I'm siding with peter on this one.I'll be buying SKF,FAZ.
