    does this company's organization structure seems complicated to anyone else? feels like they are making money thru series of M&A but normal operation.

    GSI Inc owns GS invsetment and Victory new Holding, they joint ventured the Daqiu Zhuang metal; Daqui Zhuang metal owned some other investment firm, and those investment firm owns part of Long Men....... Daqiu Zhuang owns 32% of Long Men, and 80% of Baotou......

    strongly agreed.
    from my point of view, piracy isn't the biggest problem for Luxury companies like LOUIS VUITTON. Sales won't increase THAT much even if there's no counterfeit product.

    the biggest reason for buying counterfeit product is because people couldn't afford the real ones. If the government bend piracy, most people will just stop buying it, but not switch to the real one.
