    uh, hoopdreamer, I'm not seeing where Mike ever said the company would get $50mm from the settlement. Also, what is the source for your claim that the company will owe $10mm in attorneys fees? That seems awfully high, so I would be interested to know where you got that information.

    Mike, thanks for the writeup. So if this investment bank can help liquidate some of the assets you mention, what is a ballpark stock price given the proceeds that such sales would bring in. I infer that you think $7 is far too low.

    While most of this article is true, I am guessing that the author is not running a very serious operation, because he is omitting some very key (and very expensive) details. Are you planning on drafting that LP agreement and subscription agreement yourself, without legal counsel? Do you just happen to have an auditor willing to provide his services for free? Please tell us, Mr. Ponzi, what qualifies you to advise on the workings of this industry?
