  • Tesla CEO Makes Smooth Drive Into China [View article]
Thanks for the details. No surprises though, we have come to expect Elon/Tesla to hit the mark dead on, haven't we? The next couple of weeks should prove very interesting in deed. Space X just put another rocket in orbit, Tesla hits China with a bang, Solar City is executing according to plan with a few enhancements thrown in. It's time to go for another ride.

  • Is Tesla's Gigafactory Becoming A Gigafarce? [View article]
With such a dismal record to date, why bother posting yet another gloom and doom article that has no real merit, and no relevant purpose?

  • Count To 20 Mississippi, Then Buy Tesla [View article]
Sometimes we get so into the Tesla universe that we forget that there are outside influences that no one can either predict or control. We can take advantage of the opportunities that they present though. Thanks for noting the likely rumblings the market might have in store for us.

  • The ripple effect from Tesla's Gigafactory [View news story]
Under promise and over deliver seems to be his way.

There will also be advancements in battery technology that will enhance range, reduce charging time and lower cost by using materials that are more plentiful and cheaper.

  • A Shift In The Fueling Paradigm Is Coming, Driven By Tesla Motors [View article]
There are millions who have private parking or garages who are not rich. I'm one of them.

We plan to have 2 Tesla EVs, one will replace a 2002 PT Cruiser and the other will replace a 2012 Toyota Tacoma pick up.

    Total household income: < 100,000/yr.

Your assertion that only affluent people will buy Teslas is a totally baseless assumption on your part. I have also met several Tesla owners who hold down regular jobs. They definitely are not affluent, or rich.

Why not go to a few Tesla owner's rally's and do your own surveys? I did.

You repeatedly ignore that the rich/affluent make up only 1% of the population, and that there are many millions of drivers who have bought, and will buy a vehicle with the same value proposition that the Teslas have.

Free travel across country is not going to catch for on for the masses when my vehicle would cost me $780.00 to cross the country?

    I am definitely not rich.

I will be getting a Tesla.

  • Tesla Motors sets in motion $1.6B convertible note offering [View news story]
His problem might be that he doesn't have any money left to lose.

Or maybe he just doesn't have the stones to put his money where his mouth is?

So he takes his frustrations out on everyone else by polluting this blog with inane dribble at nausium.

What I really find curious is why anyone is still bothering to engage him? I really don't have time to waste reading, or responding to his incessant and long since refuted, by actual events, ramblings.

    But that's just me.

  • Tesla Motors races higher on Morgan Stanley PT hike [View news story]
Just like Tesla entering the EV market with an outstanding vehicle like the Model S makes no sense.

Fortunately, to many, it makes perfect sense.

It's all about making money and the reason the stock is going so high is that a lot of big players are making a ton of money.

Personally, I would rather not waste any more time reading what JP has to say. I sincerely hope he is too embarrassed to pipe in.

What really is interesting is to think about future potential for Tesla.

There is so much influence Tesla could have in areas beyond designing and building a new EV transportation environment.

  • Tesla: Hope Dies Last [View article]
Ford has nothing new that is not straight out of Tesla's playbook.

Tesla is writing the next chapter in the automotive industry. All the others are still tripping over their clown shoes.

Short pain is so much fun.

  • Tesla: The Exuberance Of Disruption [View article]
Has anyone noticed the Model S being driven by Don Cheedle/Marty Kaan on the Showtime Series House Of Lies?

I wonder if it was random or orchestrated by, or in collaboration with Tesla?
