    Maya,
Obviously your uninformed regarding the Az immigration policy. Your statement reminds me of the US Attorney General Eric Holder. He denounced it but said he had not read the Immig. law. The fed govt is suing Az. Most absurd thing, and your adding to the bs. Sad. Az is trying to enforce the existing FED laws that the FED GOVT refuses too!

Lynas hasnt been shipping anything and until they get a long term plan for storage of thorium in place they will be essentially shut down. They may be years from any production in Malasia, not to mention the current enviromental hurdles they are trying to wade through. Hykway may have it right with the share price dropping to under 0.40/share.

The chosen one has his teleprompters set up in Front of the White House and the media sheep are eagerly awaiting his "Plan" speech. The Dow is down 224 points. If you think the dow will dive to under 300 points after his buffoonery, hit my thumbs up botton. Please vote asap.

Actually I think GWMG can be a key player in the US's needs of REE. "Gary Peters, a Congressman from Michigan, visited GWMG's metals alloy Processing facility in Michigan.
During his tour, the Congressman stated to Great WesternTechnologies
Inc., (a 100% owned subsidiary of GWMG) ,management that in his opinion ,GWTI has the ability to address some the United States Rare Earth Needs"
GWMG is a member of an organization that supports the establishment of a national Rare Earth and Metal stockpile by the Federal Government for Homeland Security and National Defense purposes.
"GWMG offers an alternative to China in US based production capacity for a wide range of applications such as electronics, hybrid cars, energy systems, and defense networks."
If Im not mistaken, GWMG, has been supplying the United States Dept of Defense with alloys/metals from their Michigan Processing Facility for quite some time.

It will be really interesting to see what shakes out with Ucore. Surely they are a takeover/partner for someone and will probably someday be very important to the US.
Dont forget GWMG is a Canadian Company with existing Metals Processing Facilities in Michigan and Great Britain which hopefully in 2013 will be fed HREE (Creo) from their South African Mine. I think the Govenor of Alaska, the Senators from Alaska and Michigan will do more for the REE cause for the US then Nobama will.

if GWMG wishes, then (formerly Toyota Steel))Aichi Steel would make an investment in GWMG.Beyond that blockbuster statement, Dr. Honkura explained why he and Aichi Steel believe that within the next 10 years Aichi Steel would succed in becoming the largest rare earth magnet supplier on Earth, and why, as the supplier of the majority of Aichi Steel's magnet materials,GWMG would become the most important supplier of magnet alloys in the world.
"Conclusion: Dr. Honkura also noted that the Toyota Group's intention is to make GWMG a major long-term supplier of magnet materials. Aichi Steel has indicated it would purchase the majority of its magnet alloys through GWMG,via long term contract. It is the intention of Aichi Steel to ensure that GWMG make a profit on alloys even if Nd prices were to fall to as low as $40.0/kg in the future. We had not previously appreciated the attractivenss of the MAGFINE product from Aichi Steel, and it seems entirely possible that GWMG will grow beyond supplying magnet alloys for Toyata Group itself into one the most important suppliers of magnet alloys globally."

    Rain,
"Instinet is an institutional, agency-only broker. As such, it executes trades for roughly 1500 “buyside” clients such as asset management firms, hedge funds, ..."

It apparently purchased 1.5 million shares of gwmg today.
Someone big is buying and may know something we dont???Not sure really what it means.
GWMG seldom ever trades over one million/day. Todays volume was well over 3 million.....
