Mr. Fuchs is the managing partner of B&P Management, an advisory services firm to private and public companies primarily in high-tech and health care sectors. Until 2008 he served as chief investment officer of the Bridges & PIPES hedge fund. He was previously president of Duncan Capital LLC, an NASD member, which focused on providing financial services to small capitalization companies – particularly through PIPE transactions. Previously, Mr. Fuchs served as a senior executive of Investment Banking at Josephthal & Co., with the responsibilities of financing of international and domestic companies through public offerings, private placements, and merger and acquisition transactions, mainly in the high-tech ...More sector, with a focus on Israeli companies. Prior to that, Mr. Fuchs was engaged for 15 years in the development and marketing of high-tech products and services. Mr. Fuchs served as a director of Nur Macroprinters, LLC. From March 1997 to August 1998 and as acting Chief Financial Officer, from April 1997 to October 1997. He is on the board of directors of Teuza, a publicly traded Israeli venture capital fund. Mr. Fuchs started his career at CBS, Inc. as a financial analyst and left as director of development for the station’s division. Mr. Fuchs holds a B.S. degree in engineering and an M.S. degree in management from Columbia University, and has completed course credits toward a Ph.D. in finance at the New York University Graduate School of Business Administration
