  • Honda Accord dips in reviews and sell the stock
As I have noted in earlier posts, judging an auto manufacturer is a bottom up task. So why not start with automotive reviews. The Honda accord in 201 got decent reviews and note d as a credible sturdy car. But that is just it, they used to get awesome reviews. Teh competition has rasied hte bar and Honda Accord is treading water accordign to many reviews. See what allcarguides.com says about the Honda Accord as they summarize rviews

I would recommend selling or shorting Honda. If the Accord is gettign average reviews then buyers may stay away.

  • Ford - Rising stock with Ford Fusion
I used to compare auto stocks to airlines stocks so I have never been a fan of Ford. But the Ford Fusion has made a believer out of me.  I belive in bottom up investign and car reivews are a sound place to gather the zeitgeist of what those inthe know think of a modela nd manufacturer.  Summing up some of the reviews....All around it delivers compared to its peers. It handles well and accelerates fast, has good handling, comes in many trims, the hybrid model is a strong contender but a bit pricey. It has aggresive front styling to boot! If you want to learn more a great review can be found at allcarguides.com as they summarize reviews from all sites and edit into a small digestable auto review

Enjoy the Ford Fusion, as it turns a corner for Ford in my book and go long Ford

  • Nissan delivers the goods
Nissan is not getting the type of press it deserves. Maybe that is one reason its stock is suffering. Sure there are operating issues in Japan for all manufacturers. But these will eas.  In the case of the Altima hybrid they have taken a different approach to the hybrid sedan space. Instead of trying to out do the Prius on efficiency and mpg, Nissan turned its attention to performance. The Altima hybrid delivers a sporty sedan hybrid that is also very stingy on gas.  See this review on allcarguides.com to get a sense of their approach

I think they are undervalued and a medium-term hold for 10% gains in stock price.
