GM's Stock Price Issued Warnings of Current Collapse Over the Past Decade [View article]
Looks like you were listening to GM speak volumes. You must have made a lot of coin betting it would go down. Any others that are doing the same right now?
Gold has been manipulated for 21 years??, it probably means the author has been waiting for a bull run for the last 21 years. It always baffles me when people have conspiracy theories as to why something doesn't happen as they expect should. Gold is a commodity like all others, trades openly and freely, buyers vs sellers. Get with it man. If gold doesn't go to $5000.00 in the next few years it will be a conspiracy again right. Gold is the only commodity I know that brings out the weirdest theories from people of why it isn't going up. Trade something else, there is money to be made every day if you plan, study and execute with an open and flexible attitude. If you can't do this then best find some other sort of diversion to fill your mind because blaming the someone, somewhere for some conspiracy is a total waste of ones energy and life.
U.S. Dollar Index Has 5th Biggest Decline Ever [View article]
I don't get the analysis here. Dollar down large means the end of it's bull run? Drawing a semi-random line connecting a few points means the U.S. dollar is going down? The dollar is in a bull run and these are the kinds of violent corrections that come with such. Usually they last a few days and then proceed to go right back up. Time will tell but just remember the big trend is your friend and it is up right now.
General Electric: Genuine Risk of Collapse? [View article]
Is this analysis right or wrong only time will tell. The one thing I usually do before I believe anyone's slant is to see what their track record is on making previous predications. Anyone can write an article about how bad things are after a stock is down 50% in a year, but a true analyst does this at much higher levels and profits from it. Did this person?? I doubt it. Did he say he is short? I have been in this business long enough to know these are the kinds of articles that come out from people near market bottoms. People who write well written articles but have never really made any money trading in the markets.
More of the same, nice to look at the charts but the comments are useless, so are lines that are drawn at will, wherever. Don't read to much into them.
What the man is saying is that credit risk for GE is going up and fast, this doesn't mean they are going to collapse it just means the probability of this happening is running a lot lot higher right now. GE approached Buffet for the loan because they understand the risk they face, they would have never went into this deal if they weren't forced too. These aren't regular times some very big names are going down, it won't be pretty.
Getting Onboard the Canadian Railroad Stocks [View article]
Personally, I think all railroads are ready for a severe correction. CP has been acting very badly technically, thus I am short that company. CN has been a lot stronger in comparison but looks very toppy. The U.S. railroads are also showing early signs of correcting. These are just my opinions but the action they are showing me indicate to step aside these for a while.
There was no signal, and there will never be. The comments as you can see are just that, comments. They are there to entertain folk. Mr. Fry can't predict the future anymore than you can. Enjoy the charts but don't think the people who draw lines on these charts have some secret way of predicting market moves because they don't.
