I like your point of view. I am optimistic as you are about IOC and the ElK2, however, I respect the thousand of people that did dump the stock. Most of them are not inexperts and they do find something not good with IOC or its management. Mainly, I believe that they are minimizing risk and not gambling, so they want to hear or read something solid or nothing at all.
