    You know absolutely nothing about me,how do you know if I have kids or grandchildren? So.. that makes your post somewhat silly.

    By the way are you now my personal CPA, I believe my social security and medicare health benefits [credits] are [were] paid from [my] payroll, or do you have an opinion on that as well?

    Have a great day, afternoon, evening. X

    @Gene Jaquet

    Medicare and Medicaid Are Not Entitlements

    These benefits including social security are [paid for] by the people for the people. These programs are paid for with payroll deductions. I encourage all GOP voters to turn in their *earned social security benefits to the party of [no] if they are so concerned about the two credit card wars (debts) by BushII and Cheney in Company.

    Well, chad2 CO

    Mr.Jeff Miller was discrete and very kind with a (his) reply as always,but, I do not have to be either of.
    I not care what your political beliefs may be concerning The President of The United States.
    But, for you to compare Mr.Obama to the Führer shows you are one sick individual.

    Thank you Mr.Miller for your valuable contribution here at SA I greatly enjoy your material. X

    @deercreekvols, you speak vol's.

    ABC:Sandy Hook Elementary School Shooting Victims. http://abcn.ws/UVxLOV It was a sad tragic loss,these are very precious gems that were taken away early. Yes a moment of silence here as well from SA Seeking Alpha is appropriate,along with the nation,and the global community.

    To your Q?''Where is Jon Corzine and is his shopping done''? Well he was not on the street(s) of Houston, Texas.I was looking for him,so I could get back to you here at WSB but, unfortunately ''no sightings''.

  • If Pres. Obama "isn't serious" about cutting federal spending, it's probably because he thinks a lot like most Americans. People talk a good game about deficit reduction, but no one really wants to do much about it. Despite all the angst about how to solve the fiscal cliff and deficits, there's little support in the public for most specific options for cutting spending - even among Republicans[View news story]
    This has to be the best comment-replies I have read thus far in the thread,short and to the point.

    P.S. Credit-card war(s) can be very expensive,and take one hell of a' long long time to payoff-down.

  • Marginal Tax Rates Killed Growth And Threaten Earnings [View article]
    @yoga

    Ahh,but we can not cut the CEO's pay package(s) and pay the worker a livable wage because that would be ''called redistribution.''
    Also we can not forget the CEO's are the job creator's, and they are preforming all the hard work producing the wealth of the nation,we can use TBTF banks as a good example,yes?

    Plus if you cut the CEO's wage and pay the labour's a livable wage the workers may start to believe they have worth,then the worker would not work as hard to produce for the corporate CEO's at the top, then you would have a total failure of the whole system.

    So, I vote higher pay for the corporate CEO's because.. I just know one day trickle down economics will work!

  • Should Banks Get To Deduct Their Interest Costs? [View article]
    I do understand your comment and thought(s) on the VAT,but would like to add Vat is charged on new first bought item(s)...not on used with a small hidden scratch, 'if' my meaning is not misunderstood.

    There are many legitimate ways around the VAT. I operated a small furniture business in Europe many many years ago,and trust me there are many ways to get around the VAT tax's so that it is not to costly or impossible for the average-income client to make the purchase,and make the sale without the cost of VAT.

    Will also add you have made a valid point on the VAT, and yes it can come with difficult strings attached.
