  • American Realty Capital Properties Announces First Quarter 2015 Operating Results [View article]
Virtually says nothing as has become customary with this organization. This is a reit and shareholders expect a dividend. We are merely supporting this continued incompetence. Please sell this company for its real value to an organization that can properly run it. I would suggest shareholders rally and dump this board. I had the utmost faith in this company and have waited, my confidence grows more skeptical with each day. A dividend date should be established not pushing farther out, is there going to be a special dividend, are you going to buy back shares, pay down additional debt, etc? What are you doing for Shareholders????

  • Until There's A Dividend, This REIT Remains A Pig In A Poke [View article]
The dividend is everything. They are not as of this point paying attention to the shareholders. I was informed that they would maintain a 30% leverage, not 55%. Come annual meeting time, my vote will be with Corvex, which will hopefully get rid of 80% of that board and get more experience. Let's see what happens with new Eco and how quick they reinstate the dividend. Anything associated with the old ties must go. I will never purchase anything related to the old losers. It's the shareholders now you idiots. Sell the reit to O with a little repositioning and the cap rate O would be looking for would add 25 to 40% increase from current levels. Arcp has incredible assets and will be moving higher. Can't happen soon enough.

  • ARCP to buy Cole Real Estate [View news story]
I fail to see how this benefits shareholders. This is dilluting the arch shares at the benefit of management. To big to fast in a rising interest rate environment is dangerous. Why have they not explained to shareholders in detail how this will benefit shareholders. The stock has gone from 18 to 12. Uncertainty breeds failure in this industry. So arch remove the uncertainty. Raise funds to eliminate debt as you are only leveraged 25%. Structure the deal with o% debt and increasing revenue will greatly increase the value to shareholders over time. Hey arcp let your shareholders know what's going on in detail not just what your saving on synergies. That generic answer is bull!
