bashing?!...a couple of articles on a SA website is hardly bashing...if crm is truly an amazing stock then longs have nothing to fear...actually with 100 plus percent institutional ownership we shorts are taking on the risk...

They chose to say that they had no way of knowing how to do the requested breakdown...now that is lie pure and simple...they could have easily come up with the excuse that they can't provide that info as it would be detrimental to their business if the completion is to know about it...but they chose to lie!

@anonymous I don't know if you have listened to their earnings call but no one ever asks pertinent questions...benioff says all is amazing and phenomenal and that is it...The SEC asked very simple questions that should easily be answered...Why lie to the SEC...not good that they did...

ohh come on people can't you just accept that crm is amazingly phenomenal...ten plus major financial institution have raised their price target since the last earning's report...didn't you people hear benioff speak of salesforce's phenomenal 1.5 billion transaction per diem...get with the program...move along, nothing to see here...

The buy side doesn't get the short side argument...The short side says yes they are growing...salesforce delivers AMAZING GROWS. (by the way Ponzi schemes have amazing growth too...as well as Enron...Enron had amazing growth). The problem is that they will never achieve profitability at no matter what revenue...their share dilution will continue, expenses have to grow with revenue and they need to buy up more companies in the space to continue to "grow"...so good luck growing into its P/E without any profits...

A great pump and dump started last Friday after earnings as 10+ major financial institutions raised their price targets unanimously to 70$+...At the same time the stock sold off substantially....Question is since 106% of the stock is owned by the financial institutions, which one will be left holding this bag?
