Hi I am a computer engineer and a software developer. My professional interests are game development, product development and technology marketing. I am also interested in following the PC/mobile tech industry, the big players in the industry, their products/roadmaps and tech stocks.
A NASA program manager running an identity management, credentialing, and access management capability. In the past I primarily worked on pre-concept activities, project management, and technology demonstrations for cutting edge security. I've worked for more than 5 years directly for a CIO in a variety of roles. I'm certified in contracts management.
Achievements of note include:
(1) preparing Google for FISMA certification
(2) establishing acquisition strategies for cloud computing
(3) multi-agency governance over U.S. environmental satellites
(4) $190M cost avoidance for fixing satellite programs
(5) Developing a DISA security laboratory
Currently I am leading efforts for mobile secure computing and smart card infrastructure for satellite ground systems.
My passions are business alignment and optimization, business model analysis, project management, virtualization and IT security.
I regularly prototype new technologies in many different areas.

I hold MSes in EECS from UC Berkley and SCU. As 20+ years Silicon Valley veteran, I worked in some major top semiconductor companies, including Intel, AMD, etc. (MTS, Design, Reverse Eng, Patent Infringement, etc.). I am currently lecturing in Computer Architecture, HW Technology and Cyber Security in one of major Institutes of Technology.
I have been investing in technology stocks mostly EPP, ES offered by companies I worked for, so far not huge gain. I enjoy learning more on investing, specially following up with technology companies at my free time. I also enjoy learning from others in SA community.
I am an individual investor. Became interested in dividend growth investing and managing my own portfolio through my reading adventures at Seeking Alpha. I've learned a ton from everyone who contributes and comments here. Still have a long way to go even though I'm semi-retired and drawing Social Security.
