  • BlackBerry's Dismal Results Show How Much It Relies On Its Enterprise Niche [View article]
70 million like BB. They have revenue. It is the software that has tremendous value. So you are saying that because consumers like something that determines value? I disagree when you put the BB model in play

Hmmmm - MS $8B for Skype, with basically zero anything?

    BB is worth much more.

  • BlackBerry: The Doom Looks Near [View article]
BB will remain - Yes, in a different form. My question is the valuation. BB has a strong service/software model. MS pays $8B for Skype with essentially nothing? ummm am I wrong?

News of the price cuts comes shortly after the WSJ reported BlackBerry recently fired its U.S. sales chief, and Thorsten Heins put the blame for the Z10's soft U.S. launch on poor sales/marketing efforts and training. [View news story]

  • BlackBerry Q10 Outselling Galaxy S4 At The Leading U.K. Retail Location [View article]
It is not rocket science that the Q10 will sell strong to the loyal installed base.
I picked up my Q10 recently but I have to say that some key apps which I use are not available - Vmobile and QQ/wechat etc.

The device is sleek and seems powerful. From an ergonomic point of view, the centre of gravity could be more proximal to the keyboard facilitating controlled single handed operation.

I would appreciate input re apps -

    Thank You
