Scary, but I'm still long on ONVO... and so are a lot of medical professionals.

  • Why Apple Should Not Buy Tesla Motors [View article]
These are weird times, so Tesla might not be out of the question. Google's working on self-driving vehicles, Amazon's working on instant drone deliveries. Why not Tesla? It's incredibly advanced and Apple knows that smartphones have become a utility. It's approaching the top of the bell-shaped curve.

  • 'Broken Sapphire' In Bull Market [View article]
I have a similar situation and empathize. On the other hand, had GTAT "taken off", we'd have lots of "free" money... And all we had to do was to do our research by reading what the pundits had to say, and click "buy" online at a low cost per share in hopes of a staggering, or at least decent, return on our investment. Sort of like early Apple shareholders. Cé la vie.

  • GT Advanced Technologies: Potential Value To Current Shareholders Is Still Murky At Best [View article]
Excellent overview. I invested in GTAT because of its big advancements in solar technology. Saphire, to me, was frosting on the cake. Though my investment may be lost due to its bankruptcy, I feel that GTAT will eventually emerge again as an important player during these turbulent times.

  • Apple Activist Carl Icahn Overly Aggressive On His EPS Estimate? [View article]
Here's a very interesting article about the Apple Watch. It made the cover of China Vogue. And then it shows why it will be an enormous success among fashion-conscious consumers.

  • Apple calls GT Advanced's Chap. 11 filing "surprising" [View news story]
It's actually sad. GTAT's solar technology was the primary reason I invested. Apple's involvement was frosting on the cake for me. I hope that something good comes from this.

  • Apple's Best Interests Re: GT Advanced Technologies [View article]
Having seen my GTAT shares turn to dust, I cannot help but think there's a skunk in the wood pile. I feel defrauded.

  • GT Advanced Technologies: The Bankruptcy Shocker [View article]
I do not think that GTAT will go out of business, nor do I think Apple will sever ties. On the other hand, technology seems to be headed for a possible "bubble burst" one more time. Or not.
