    ......so where was the PPT when the bubble burst in '2000-'2001? Or in 1991?
    And why the need now to explain a bull market in terms of anything but buying by everyone from individuals to hedge funds?.....
    So: the rise to Dow 14,000 has made no sense to you and you've missed out, therefore it must all be rigged?
