I'm VP and general counsel of a small, privately owned oil and gas company in Oklahoma City, OK, a position I've held since 1989. We are primarily a mineral company, buying and managing oil and gas mineral rights in numerous states, though we also participate in other phases of the oil and gas business. I have a small private law practice, most of my work being in the fields of real estate, oil and gas, and business; and I also do some copy writing and PR work.
