I have only recently decided to start trading and I decided to trade in Tech stocks. I am late to them game and as a result am on a very steep learning curve. I have, for many years, closely followed the computer industry. Being a computer builder, both personally and to order, I have always felt the need to know how the companies, manufacturing the parts I am purchasing, are travelling, where they have been, where they are going. This, as it happens, has given me the basis of the knowledge to be able to trade, with confidence, in tech stocks. Over the last few years, this interest of mine has also spread to smartphones and to a lesser extent, tablets. In order to make a truly properly informed judgement, you need to know what all the major players, are doing/have done/will do in the near, mid and distant future. I am amazed at the amount of people who seem to blindly regurgitate the mindless reteric fed them by the companies they follow. We were all given our own minds, we need to use them.
