In the short to medium term this firm will likely or possibly profit from the shortage of photovoltaic panels / cells - largely attributable to polysilicon shortages of solar or electronic grade, which might persist for another year or likelier two years.

But due to what appears to be costly plain jane technology (low to medium efficiency using single crystal silicon), longer term I suspect the firm will retain little competitive advantage in costs or % photovoltaic efficiency, for a variety of reasons. Beware innovations from elsewhere upsetting the applecart in the coming year or two.
