What makes you think this guy knows what he is doing?
We hear a lot from Mark Mobius the boss on that mirror, emergings fund (EMF). Is Morgan Stanley taking greater risks to get similar performance?
Didn’t Morgan Stanley start later than Templeton?
Do you think that Morgan Stanley’s involvement with all of those indexes has an effect on (MSF)s performance?

Mark made a comment about the exchange-traded funds, saying they had too much junk in them. (EMF) & (MSF) at times deeply discounted, diversified global emergings funds, should outperform the unmanaged (EEM).
