My above posts seem out of place and they sure are. I was posting on my phone and my posts under DE99 should be here. Sorry.

  • Sprint Is Slaying The Oligopoly: Verizon And AT&T Should Be Concerned [View article]
I love Sprint. I used Boost Mobile (which runs on Sprint network) for years and it was consistently the best priced for me. Now I have FreedomPop (which runs on Sprint network) and is the best priced for me ($0). Sprint is more than just, well, Sprint.

  • Cablevision sues Verizon over false WiFi advertising [View news story]
Free of charge? Don't make me laugh. Nothing is ever free. I don't have Cablevision but I do know that that 'free' item is in the fine print like all the other 'free' stuff these companies give out. Its like saying one car company gives you free tires on your new car and the other has them in the price of the car, except the free tire car costs more.

My guess is Citi is itching to buy but not at current price, hence a downgrade. Opposites always attract me.

  • Oil's Effect On Ford [View article]
I don't understand your theory. So, if oil prices remain low then I don't care if I save on fuel??? That is your argument? I say that I would much rather get 24MPG than 10MPG any day. And I don't care how much oil falls or how cheap gas gets.

I hope Dow puts the company first, not the activist investors who want to make quick millions. A strong company will offer rewards for the common shareholder.

It may have changed but in the past there has been a ceiling on overseas personal income, I believe it was up to around
$80k, that was US income tax free.

  • USDA grants approval to Dow's Enlist GMO corn and soybeans [View news story]
I don't like this at all. Does this "stuff" disintegrate once in the dirt, water, plant refuse that gets plowed under or composted? How about when the farmer decides to sell off his land for a subdivision? Kids play in that dirt, people plant their gardens, yard, landscape in that dirt. Who cares? No one thinks about what went into or onto the land when they buy that new house, or why they may have an unusual sickness.
