  • Cel-Sci Is Closer To The Finish Line, But Skip This Stock For Now [View article]
The market seems a little bullish on this stock. I agree that the kicker here is the arbitration case. If that goes Cel-Sci's way, I expect to see a jump in the price. I guess it's about risk tolerance, buying now will secure a lower price on the stock, but there is a lot resting on this case.

  • Disney Still A Strong Buy [View article]
For me, Disney has become a very strong buy. The $7 pull back seems horrible on the surface, but there is so much more up the Disney sleeve that it is hard to ignore. I'll be strengthening my position on DIS as far as possible. Come 2015, people will be regretting missing this one.

Marvel & Pixar were great acquisitions, but LucasFilm is perhaps their smartest buy to date.

  • Bank of America (BAC) shareholders better familiarize themselves with Article 77, writes Mark Palmer, as it's possible the $8.5B the bank has reserved to handle claims against Countrywide MBS will be woefully small. At issue is an Article 77 proceeding set to begin May 30 at which a judge could toss the $8.5B settlement. The number might then reach as high as $60.5B, writes Palmer - about 24% of the bank's book value. [View news story]
Tell me how do you spell S.H.O.R.T again? If anyone thinks BAC is going to land themselves in a $60.5b hole, they have a lot to learn.
