Where Are Cash-Rich Companies Hoarding Their Money?

Although I agree with the scope of the argument, ie: all "cash" is not created equaI, but just because AAPL gives a "billions" breakdown of their holdings, "agencies" could still be FRE, FNM, GNMA, "Corporates", Ford & GM. Don't really see the difference in clarity unless their filing lists these securities in detail
