    Keeping your current debt is cheaper. The challenge for outer wall is to gain a market share that will insure future growth.
    However the nature of outerwalls market is more of a fad.
    Sodastream has a similar market model.

    Dog your right. Policy of grading Canadian drill bit as been delayed by corporations in both countries. Mostly because of future contract deliveries. This will allow refiniers forcasted profit from finish products at the consumer market. Consumer Prices will go up to cover the spread.

    Natural gas will be the electrical producer of the future. Ge and simians are developing efficient turbines for natural gas.
    China is slowing there economy for several reasons. Coal generating power plants elimination are a priority for the new Chinese administration. The coming cold war with Asia and the US will kill coal exports. Australian coal mines will pick up any slack.

    This fuel spec has been used in Europe for awhile. It didn't effect cost of refinined fuel.. I think the cost comes initial procurement reliable source of additive and modifications needed to blend the additive in to the refining process. So there is cost but short term at best.
