  • Iron Ore Margins Can't Last [View article]
Do you think Steel companies well benefit from the pending lower Ore cost that you are predicting, or do you think that steel mfgr will get dragged down with the ore companies. I am curious because I have been looking at SID due to World cup & Olympic build out just getting started. They also have a very nice divy. Thanks - Dhunter

Thanks for the insight. I also have done well with CLF over the last month and the past 10 years. I am confused by your commit - are you saying that CLF will decline in the few month to year - or well do well in the next few months and then collapse ?

  • Growth In Deepwater Drilling: Ensco [View article]
One might want to consider Vantage (VTG). I bght some a couple of months ago and am up about 25% so far, luck had a lot to do with that. But I think they are a solid little ocean rig drilling company with good Mgmt. Just my 2 cents

Have to agree 100% that lynas is by far the best risk/reward spec for rare earths. An extremely small minority of protestors in Indonesia have but a lot of fear in the stock price - so I think it is a great buy here. But in the big picture Lynas is more risky then Molycorp

Or, what may be a great risk/reward ratio for a spec play would be Vantage (VTG). I bght some a couple of months ago and am up about 25% so far, luck had a lot to do with that. But I think they are a solid little water rig drilling company would good Mgmt. Just my 2 cents

  • Why Potash Could Break Out In The Agriculture Sector [View article]
Does not UAN potentially have an competitive Long Term advantage using their parent companies by product as an energy source ? They also have a nice 7% dividend. I also think it is a little like comparing apples to oranges here to compare UAN with POT - and diversifying into UAN's intriguing business model might be worth while. Also, what kind of credibility does the author have accepting the forward S.P. predictions, unless it doesn't fit his argument, and thus discounting MOS ? Red flag big time !

  • Potash To Rise 14%, Dwarfing Mosaic [View article]
I have was going back and fourth between the 2 and ended up buying MOS call leaps. I hope all your facts, figures, and projections are correct - because if they are I definitely made the correct choice chosing MOS over POT. However, if we get a significant pullback in POT I may open a small position.

"BION" doesn't that need some sort of explanation ? Once a $40 + stock that in now is in the pennies. No reported earnings or financial info at all on any research site I have tried, including my broker. I assume that you are not just trying to pump some cheap stock that you own so could you maybe give us a little more info so we might have some sort of starting point to do some dd ? Thanks !

MMAB has had a huge run up lately - would you sell or wait for earnings release in mid March ? I think if I sell you all should buy because it will probably double in the next year... but if I hold you all should sell because it will probably go bankrupt ;-) lol

    Any info appreciated !

  • 5 Stocks That Became Possible Bargains On Post-Earnings Sell-Offs [View article]
Nice article, I believe CLF is the best long term investment here with clearly the best risk/reward ratio. Loaded up on Jan 14 calls with $60 strike (leaps). I will be shocked if I don't make a good return.
    IMHO ;-)
