    I like the ABT call, very interesting. KOSP acquisition is a bit pricey but should do well.

    Correction: BDX is now in its fourth quarter for 2006. Accordingly the company statement that it plans on closing the deal in Q1 2007 could mean 12/06!

    No six month period given. Exclusive with TPTH with $5 M penalty was signed yesterday and valid through 8/25/06.

    If ABT or others jump on board they will have a very tight time frame...looks intentional.
