Talk about no-brainers. Are we eating too much meat ? Of course we are. There are so many reasons for eating less or no meat, I won't even start. Just this: a meta study of 7000 different researches worldwide, taking 6 years and published recently, showed conclusively that meat and meatproducts raise the risk of colon cancer considerably. I'd say, lets first stop eating so much meat and then see how ehtanol affects cornprices.

2 switching to a vegetarian diet (healthier and 5 times more efficient)
3 switching to electric cars
Ethanol will be part of the bridge to the future, but only for perhaps 5 years.
