  • Miners surge as metals rally, dollar drops  [View news story]
The dollar is dying my friend. You are witnessing the beginning stages of a global fiat reset and that includes the dollar. The current system is completely unsustainable and rupturing -- the Fed is out of bullets.

There are plenty of reasons why Dent could make this argument without looking at one chart. The whole world is in a debt bubble that is just starting to burst and if you can't see it then I'm afraid its too late for you.

  • U.S. Jobless Claims (Still) Point To A Strong Labor Market  [View article]
You need to look at where the jobs are being added. Adding a bunch of worthless 55+ age and service jobs mean nothing to the economy. I just don't understand why people pay so much attention to a faulty lagging indicator.

The energy sector is just the beginning. You also have massive bubbles in student loans of over 1 trillion -- half of which are not being serviced right now. You also have a huge bubble in auto-loans of over 1 trillion which makes it worse than the sub-prime housing mess. The amount of debt going bad worldwide is staggering.
