  • The U.S. Dollar Rally Is Inevitable [View article]
I don't think you understand. The whole structure will change -- what is happening now has zero influence on when they back a currency with gold. Its not a matter of it, its when, and when will be soon -- that's why the death of the dollar is inevitable. Its an extremely over-extended, debt laden, fiat currency which is in a worse position we have ever seen a world reserve currency in.

Until China backs the Yuan with all the gold they have been stockpiling. We will see massive financial reform, and soon, which won't include the debt laiden bubble that is the dollar.

  • This Housing Bubble Is Set To Pop [View article]
This is precisely why I just sold my home, the market is way too over-heated. Multiple offers over asking before the house even hits the market is not normal. Having to wait in line for an open house in Oregon is not normal.

    Eyes wide open.

  • How I Plan On Profiting From The Pending Interest Rate Tightening Cycle [View article]
So when the jobs report says the demographic of people under 55 lost 35k jobs in total, it's a good jobs report? They are all over 55 seasonal jobs. The devil is in the details.

This market is wayyyy too levered to raise one bit. We can't even service our debt as is...what makes you think we can take a rate hike? I'm telling you right now they will not be hiking the rate and their credibility was lost a long time ago yet most investors are too naive to see it unfortunately.

They can't raise rates and you will see a massive reversal in the dollar once the market realizes this. What really is perplexing is how long they can give us this raise rates rhetoric and people continue to keep buying it. It's insanity.

  • Tesla Goes Higher, Count On It [View article]
TSLA could be one of the most overvalued stocks on the market today. That business model is doomed to fail. They are losing $20k on every car they sell! Economies of scale and investment in "upgrades" will never get them positive. Mind blowing.

  • Deflation On The Horizon [View article]
The inflation has hit the rental market big time which is the biggest expenditure by far for a huge percentage of the nation.

Go back and look at any currency crisis and see what gold did. Gold will not be going down.

  • Is The Bull Market Over? [View article]
What happens to a leaky bucket that stops getting filled? That's what is happening to the economy post-QE. You must understand this before you start looking at companies and sectors because we are in a full blown global currency crisis and that will drag even the strongest companies south.
