seekingmark - Don't kid yourself. There are many adverse events with exercise - probably more than with many drugs! You'll see everything from shin splints, torn tendons, and sprained ankles, to terrible back problems and slipped discs, to strokes and heart attacks! People who advocate exercise as being much safer really don't know what they are talking about. I'm not saying to not exercise, but when you are dealing with very poor physically, and often older subjects, exercise often presents major side effects!

193,000 fictious jobs were added by the government through Birth/Death adjustment (google CES Birth Death adjustment and look at 3rd chart), so we really lost 28,000 jobs. Things are not good in la la land.

It is meaningless to compare NetFlix with their industry peers. NFLX uses accounting that is "not the standard of the industry" Go to 10Q, Item 2, Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Data, the first paragraph at the top of page 27, and read it! They say straight out that 'cash used in investment activities' in consolidated statement of cash flow is "Acquisition of DVD Content Library, other companies in the home entertainment business classify these as operating activities" They use the term "Operating Activities" to try to mask that other firms classify these as "Operating Expenses" and NetFlix does not. They are capitalizing these short term costs and adding them to assets under the Balance Sheet and not writing them off as Expenses! This greatly increase NFLX profits and margins but it is all smoke and mirrors. It is meaningless to try to analyze a company playing these deceptive accounting tricks! Their operating expenses and their margins are much worse than they appear, and so are their earnings.
