Position included strategic planning, competitor comparisons, and analysis of potential acquisitions. CFO of a Fortune 500 company, Envirodyne Industries, Inc., which was sold in 1989 for $ 40/share vs $ 1/share (approximately) when I joined the company in 1984. Envirodyne grew threw internal growth and acquisitions. Our management team was skillful and, quite frankly, many variables beyond our control turned out favorably for us.
