  • Ukraine pro-Russian demonstrators refuse to stand down [View news story]
I still need to understand exactly how this deal is supposed to be fulfilled. More precisely, who gets to decide on what consists an "illegal occupation"?

As far as I see, the current occupations of buildings by Eastern Ukrainians are as illegal as the one that took place in Kiev, by Western Ukrainians, just a few months ago.

This deal is asking for what? That both sides abandon their ground and the ousted President Viktor Yanukovych returns to power until the elections? I'm interpreting it that way.

Any other conclusion is objectively discriminatory, since we can't say part of a population has every right to make a revolution and take a government by force... and the other part of the population must remain submissive and citizens will be considered terrorists if they rebel.

If we send a message that an Eastern Ukrainian is somehow a lesser human being than a Western Ukrainian, and therefore has less rights, we're admitting to be racists. Aren't we?

  • Ukraine pro-Russian demonstrators refuse to stand down [View news story]
Now, if only the USA & the EU were as honest as Putin and confirmed they were the ones behind the Kiev coup... What's taking them so long? Many people already know it anyway.

  • Ukraine retakes airport [View news story]
It was so predictable that Ukraine would be heading for a Civil War, as soon as fascist terrorists seized control of the Ukrainian government by force.

If they don't pay taxes in America, maybe they shouldn't be in America.
If they outsource all the work to places like Vietnam and Laos... maybe they aren't that American to start with.

  • Amarin: Today's Market Is Underestimating The Probable Success Of REDUCE-IT [View article]
So Big Pharma can possibly buy Kowa and crush Amarin once again? Jeez. Looks they don't want to stop selling those darned statins anytime soon.

Good luck to you. I've been burned enough in biostocks to keep on gambling. I'd rather risk on $SDRL, $MO and $T at this moment.

Kyle, the expectation for $AMRN's approval was very high... and it was approved, as expected. $AMRN sold off the minute after it was approved and it went down ever since. From $17 to $1.70.

Tell me again, why should I gamble on drug approvals?

"Downside is minimal as it's already baked into the share price today."

If I had a cent for each time I've heard that about $AMRN and $SPPI, I'd be rich.

$AMRN has the potential to reach millions, if not billions of costumers... and it was crushed by big pharma lobbying with the help of the corrupted FDA.

No way I'm going to be pulled into a stock of a company currently losing tons of money, with a supposedly saviour drug that only helps a tiny fraction of the world's population.

I'm done with biostocks. I'd rather go to a casino to play the roulette. From now on, only dividend stocks for me.

  • Amarin +4.4% AH on U.S. Vascepa co-promotion deal [View news story]
I don't care anymore. I bought some $AMRN shares very "cheap" (~ $10) and I've decided to accumulate more around $2. Now I'll just wait... and wait... and wait.

I've learnt my lesson with this stock: no more biostocks for me, only dividend shares from now on. And I won't ever buy shares of a company that Adam Fraudstein obsesses about. Like $SRPT. :-P

Sounds like $AMRN, part II. Let me know when the shares are trading below 2$, so I can think about buying a lottery ticket.

  • Nokia X Is Shaking Things Up A Bit [View article]
I was replying to the article:

"Nokia X was released in India with some observers indicating that the price of 8,599 rupees (about $145) was still too high"

What do these analysts expect? That Nokia sells it below production cost?
If it's too high... it's only relative to people's wages. The phone is definitely not expensive. It's just that people earn so little they cannot afford it.
