Going out on a limb here, but I believe the law suit was dropped because the proposal 2 was removed from the ballot ie he got what he wanted. I like to think that since Einhorn owns over a million shares he might know that the $137B was not cash.

Actually time makes the stock go sideways. How are they going to "solve" our "problem" of coal? Is it by increasing demand of the grid that is largely powered by coal? Don't forge that Tesla is dependent on the pesky traders and this pesky thing called a market to provide the dollars they need to try to live out their pipe dream. So yes they do aid Tesla. In fact, without them Tesla would go bankrupt. People always forget that the market is where the money comes from.

I do invest in REITs. AGNC has been a gem, thank you. They are also required to pay out 90%. PWE has no requirement. If a stock (like PWE) is paying out 90% of their earnings it has a problem. PWE's dividend has been decreasing and the dividend as a percentage of earnings has been increasing. Another cut is likely.
