    Banning shipping natural gas? Are you kidding me? With a country that is flat broke they need the revenue, they will export that stuff with reckless abandon whilst turning the regasification facilities into gasification export facilities. Then as the price rises that will turn expensive plays into profitable plays therefor increasing exploration, production and JOBS. The US is broke and they will export.
