Jeffrey Saut: Select Tech Names Should Continue to Outperform

Ok- Saut is one of the best. AVT & MOT are cheap,(?) and based on consumer spending. Data shows the little creditcard space consumers still have left if being used for NON-DURABLES, food, gasoline,medical premium co-pays, so why would business spending not follow to reduce headcount and cut spending? Even Saut is trying to bottomfish, how's that bottomfishing done for everyone reading this?
