Lots of bizarre, myopic anti- short seller comments on here. It seems very defensive for long pundits to take such mortal offense from anyone that dares to differ with the overriding MDB inspired cheerleaders, espousing the party line through endless speculation.
Without mentioning any criticism of UNXL, partly to avoid the jack in the box, yawn responses from the bias authors, to all those posting endless short interest stats, percentages and death wishes to all those that are taking the other side, it's important to remember a covering bid is temporary. Prolonged yes, indefinite but not permanent.
A covering bid leading to an elevated stock price shouldn't masquerade the merits of the company in question. Just take a trip over to the DDD board and re-read the banter from the cheerleaders at $47 and change and read the epilogue and see the parallels.
Or even open your spam emails for any pinksheet name that's had a meteoric rise from nothing and the first thing you see is 'short squeeze' triggered etc etc/yawn
Before you infer, no, not short here....just would be nice to see a little more objective reasoning from those so hell bent on destroying 'shorts'

Harbin electric has no agreement with GE...you have the wrong company. Also, Harbin's investor relations was until last month a long Island suburban house, until the head of investor relations put the house up for sale. She did continue to use her 631 area coded magic jack phone line though, despite having no IR presence in the US anymore.

@ 'deepthroat'
That's a mute point. Every trader, person, entity has an agenda in the market. That's why they disclosed being short. Rather than stoking conspiracy theories about the agenda of the author, how about actually addressing some of the allegations made regarding the buyout....you could be long short or not involved....nobody cares, just stick to the subject matter.

Morgan Stanley did invest in Yong, and very quickly filed a registration statement to sell their holdings. Whether Morgan is involved is indicative of nothing. Take a cursory glance at the institutional holders in CCME, RINO, LFT, CHBT, SNOFF- they are all there, right there till the end when the stock in question reemerges on the pinksheets.

Just be there for the conclusion. None of the RINO, CHBT, CCME, or LFT bloggers were. Avoid being personal and stooping to irrational commentary. Some people are long, some people are short. If you are long and right you have nothing to do but wait.
